As a chemical engineer, manufacturing executive, and entrepreneur, I bring over 23 years of leadership expertise to the cosmetics, chemical, food, and consumer goods sectors.
My professional journey of leading manufacturing operations spans across the United States—guiding teams through startup phases, greenfield construction, established facility management, and high-stakes turnarounds within FDA and USDA-regulated landscapes. From my early days as a production supervisor to serving as a Director of Operations, I have operated under a singular conviction: sustainable operational growth starts with people. I am recognized for cultivating high-performing teams, enhancing organizational accountability, and transforming high-level strategy into tangible floor-level results.
Key accomplishments from my career include:
·        Orchestrating over $3 million in manufacturing variance reductions and restoring facility profitability.
·        Boosting production output by 165% while successfully cutting unit costs by 19%.
·        Elevating OEE from 40% to 75% throughout a greenfield facility launch.
·        Maintaining first-pass yields above 98% and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery rates exceeded 95%.
·        Facilitating numerous Kaizen initiatives to improve changeovers, minimize waste, and optimize labor flow.
·        Managing significant capital expansions, equipment integrations, and comprehensive quality-system upgrades.

·        Developing and implementing successful workforce development programs to enhance employee skillsets, reduce turnover, and streamline work activities to reduce operational costs
I earned both my MBA and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Being a first-generation college graduate, I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and opening doors for the next generation of professionals.
I established BridgeCore Operations Group to offer manufacturers direct, practitioner-led support rather than abstract advice. By providing fractional plant leadership, lean training, quality system implementation, and capital project management, I empower organizations to sharpen their operations and achieve enduring success.
Originally from Dickson, TN, I reside in Murfreesboro with my wife, Karen, and our two sons. Outside of work, I support the Tennessee Titans and Nashville SC, enjoy traveling, and stay active through pickleball and coaching youth soccer—a role that allows me to share my love for teamwork and continuous development.

Jaime -Manufacturing Production Scheduler

I’ve really valued the opportunity to work with Brannon Bishop and would highly recommend him. What stood out to me the most was his ability to quickly understand our manufacturing environment and translate our needs into clear, practical, and relevant solutions. His collaborative approach helped support better communication, build confidence across teams, and develop stronger leaders. He has been a trusted partner, and I appreciate the meaningful, results-focused support that he provided.

Spring-R&D Leader

Brannon and I worked together at a company for several years, a store brand health and beauty care product facility.  Brannon oversaw the compounding / formulation side and I was the packaging manager.  We had a close, professional relationship as well as a personal friendship and worked together well.  Brannon made the business aspect of our jobs flow smoothly and we communicated very well.  Brannon's professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of formulation processes, communication skills, and most importantly his open-mindedness to problem solve and work through issues for best results is what made him successful and a great asset to my packaging department and bigger yet, the company we worked for.  He was detail oriented, approachable, open to new ideas (thinking outside the box), and was always willing to go the extra mile to get tasks accomplished.  Brannon improved every function within his realm of responsibility and he is definitely someone I would want on my team in the professional world.

Darren-Owner A Lock & Key Center

Brannon is open to finding solutions that make sense for the operation as a whole. I have worked closely with him across departments and have appreciated his willingness to understand and consider business needs, cross-departmental logistics, and the customer experience. Competing priorities require nuance, and Brannon demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively to find pragmatic and efficient solutions.

Jazzmine-Owner Candidate Atlas

I had the privilege of working along side Brannon for approximately 10 years and consistently found him to be an exceptional manufacturing professional and trusted business partner.  His knowledge of compounding processes, manufacturing and warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance is extensive, and he has a remarkable ability to apply that knowledge to solve complex challenges. Beyond his technical expertise, Brannon is a person of high integrity who values quality, safety, and doing things the right way.  His understanding of regulatory requirements including OSHA, FDA and other compliance standards, has helped organizations maintain compliance while improving operational performance.  I would confidently recommend him to any company seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and results driven consultant.

Dana- Safety Director

Brannon is one of those manufacturing leaders you never forget.

Early in my career, Brannon gave me an opportunity to step into a Second Shift Compounding Supervisor role in his department when I had no prior leadership experience. Every day, we would review the decisions I had made the night before, talk through what went well, what could have been handled differently, and—most importantly—why.
Looking back several years later, I’m still amazed by how much I learned in such a short period of time. Brannon didn’t just teach me how to manage a department; he taught me how to think like a leader, make decisions with confidence, and approach challenges with a “nothing is impossible” mindset.
Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my career and have given me the confidence to lead a blending department at a startup facility in a completely different industry for the past three years.
I’m incredibly grateful for the time Brannon invested in me early in my leadership journey. His impact is something I continue to carry with me today—and it’s no surprise that his reputation as a leader and mentor is still well-known among the people I work with currently.
If you’re looking for a manufacturing leader and consultant who knows how to develop people, solve problems, and turn challenges into opportunities, I can’t recommend Brannon enough.

Bridgecore Services

BridgeCore Operations Group helps manufacturers solve critical operational challenges, strengthen their organizations, and deliver measurable improvements in performance. Our engagements are built around business outcomes—not simply hours, activities, or deliverables.

We don't being by selling a predetermined solution. We begin by understanding what needs to improve, how success will be measured, and what achieving that improvement is worth to the organization.

From a targeted operational challenge to a major plant transformation, BridgeCore brings experienced manufacturing leadership directly to the problem.

Bridging Strategy. Delivering Results.

Plant Performance & Fractional Leadership

Experienced manufacturing leadership when your operation needs it most. BridgeCore supports plant stabilization, turnaround initiatives, leadership transitions, organizational development, KPI management, and execution of critical operational priorities—without requiring the addition of a permanent executive.

Operational Performance Improvement

Turn operational challenges into measurable business results. We identify and attack the constraints affecting throughput, productivity, labor performance, cost, yield, schedule attainment, OEE, and overall plant performance while building systems that sustain the improvements.

Productivity, Throughput & Lean Manufacturing

The BridgeCore Philosophy

At BridgeCore, consulting is not about selling hours, producing reports, or recommending solutions from the sidelines. It is about improving the client's condition and delivering measurable business results.

Every engagement begins with three fundamental questions:

What needs to improve?
How will we measure success?
What is achieving that improvement worth to the organization?

From there, we work with leadership to identify the right path forward—whether the challenge involves plant performance, productivity, quality, leadership, commercialization, systems implementation, or operational execution.

Outcomes Before Activities

We believe the value of an engagement should be measured by the results it creates—not by the number of hours spent working on it.

Improved throughput. Lower operating costs. Stronger quality systems. Better leadership. Faster commercialization. Successful implementation. Sustainable operational improvement.

Those are the outcomes that matter.

Practical Solutions Built for Manufacturing

Manufacturing problems are rarely solved from a conference room alone.

BridgeCore combines strategic thinking with practical plant-floor experience to develop solutions that can actually be implemented, measured, and sustained in a manufacturing environment.

We work alongside leadership teams, supervisors, operators, Quality, Engineering, R&D, and other functions to move from strategy to execution.

Build Capability, Not Dependency

Our goal is not to make an organization dependent on BridgeCore.

Successful consulting should leave the client stronger than when the engagement began.

That means developing people, strengthening systems, transferring knowledge, establishing accountability, and creating processes capable of sustaining results long after an engagement ends.

Value Through Results

Every client and every manufacturing challenge is different. For that reason, BridgeCore engagements are structured around the objectives, measures of success, and value of the specific opportunity—not simply hours worked.

When the potential business impact is significant, the consulting relationship should be focused on capturing that value.

Partnership With Accountability

BridgeCore works collaboratively with clients, but collaboration does not mean avoiding difficult conversations.

We challenge assumptions, identify barriers, address root causes, and maintain focus on the outcomes established at the beginning of the engagement.

Success is straightforward:

The client's organization should be measurably better because BridgeCore was involved.

Bridging Strategy. Delivering Results.

That is more than our tagline.

It is how we believe manufacturing consulting should work.
